First things first, don't be nervous. We'll start with a free roof inspection. After that, we’ll sit on your couch and go over the photos of your roof together. If there’s no damage. The consult should be fast and easy. If there is we’ll simply give a quick call to your insurance claims department. (Should take no longer than 10-15 mins.) File the claim over the phone attaching the most recent storm in your area and email them a copy of our agreement with your claim number as the subject line! After that, I’ll meet with your adjuster and go from there! It’s that easy!

Let’s just say I charge more than the insurance! Haha! But at the end of the day we go off of Xactimate pricing in your area. Your insurance will first draft their initial estimate, we then counter with line items missing and request an updated and revised estimate. After that, we will submit multiple supplements as needed in case we find any extra damage we either could not see until we removed materials off of your roof or did not discover but later found. It happens all the time! Very normal part of the process!!!

No. Never. It’s not possible for us to know the extent of damage until we start commencement of construction. As we tear off layers of shingles or felt we can see how many layers we need to remove and if there is any rotted decking. We will remove and repair what needs to be done to properly replace your roof and charge your insurance company on the back end with our estimate along with proof of photos! Again, we can’t know what’s underneath unless we look and we can’t look unless we remove layer after layer.
